The Campaign for Children is calling for $13.6 million in Mayor de Blasio’s budget to fund after-school programs and renew contracts for programs. The group wrote a letter to the City Council asking members to include after-school funding in the council’s budget response. De Blasio has vowed to continue to expand the city’s after-school offerings.
