ABC Video: Bloomberg says NYC may lose hundreds of teaching positions

Bloomberg disclosed his budget plan Tuesday for the fiscal year that starts July 1.

The budget presentation comes a day after he asked state lawmakers to give the city the $250 million pot of school aid money it lost because of the impasse over the teacher evaluation system.

Bloomberg blamed the impasse on union “roadblocks.”
